Hearing for suspect in blowtorch attack rescheduled for today

At The Detroit Free Press -

"The preliminary examination for a 23-year-old Detroit man accused of attempting to sexually assault a woman and burning her with a blowtorch was pushed back to this morning when the alleged victim did not show up in court on Thursday. Roderick Neely, 23, has been charged with torture, assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, assault with intent to maim, unlawful imprisonment and two weapons-related counts."
