Stephen Weiss Injury: Red Wings Center Nears Return after Sports Hernia Surgery

"The Detroit Red Wings are hoping to get a boost to their lineup after the Olympic break ends, with center Stephen Weiss expected to return on February 26th against the Montreal Canadiens, according the Detroit News. Weiss has been out of the lineup since December 10th with a sports hernia injury, undergoing surgery on December 23rd. Weiss did get a practice in with the Red Wings before the break, and felt no pain."
