Red Wings want Teemu Pulkkinen to unleash his rocket shot in NHL

"Pulkkinen (5-10, 185 pounds) scored 51 points (26 goals, 25 assists) in 60 games with Grand Rapids, leading the Griffins (second among AHL rookies).

Pulkkinen leads all AHL rookies in goals (26), shots (175) and with a plus-20 rating.

But it’s that shot -- that cannon of a shot that some scouts were comparing to Brett Hull’s during Pulkkinen’s draft year -- that will be interesting to see against NHL competition."
